Payments received after the due date may be assessed a late fee in the amount specified in the rental agreement. Customers using online payments to make their rental payments are only permitted to pay the aggregate amount of all agreements within each store. You may not use the online payments to make a payment for less than the total amount owed for that pay period for that store. If the account is past due, the customer may be required to contact the store to process a payment.
